Is there a law to force someone to remove a picture of me from a website?

Someone posted a picture of me along with my name on their personal website and I want it removed but he won't remove it. Is there a law under Alberta or Canada to force someone to remove a picture of me from a website?

are they deriving any material/monetary benefit as a result of use of your picture? if yes..they would need your consent...if not, then that is a little tricky unless you are suffering some kind of loss/injury as a result...then i would get a lawyer
