I've never heard of any links being made between masturbation and zits, I don't know where u came up with that. I'd say to control the masturbation go around another person whenever you get the urge. To control the zits try to keep your face as clean as possible and visit a dermatologist as soon as possible so they can prescribe a treatment for your particular type of acne.

Masturbation is one of the natural things in human beings. It is nothing to do with zits. It is only a cause during puberty. You need not control it. But one thing, excess in anything is bad. If you keep your mind under control, the body will be under control.

No, masterbation does not cause acne. However, stress MAY cause acne. Unless you're stressed after masterbation or before, it may cause acne.
However, don't worry about it. Your acne problem is being cause by something else.

dude, if that was it then i will be covered from head to toe. but no, it doesnt, its your hormones, make your skin oily and bacteria that lives on skin gets inside your pores and causes a pimple to grow. you need to use products with salicylic acid to clean your skin or benzoic acid. they will dry up the extra oil and halt the bacteria production in your pores
