try drinking a large glass of milk once a day at different times during the day for 3 consecutive days...if you get a tummy cramp within about 30 mins afterwards (with or without gas), then you most likely have lactose intolerance. if so, you need to avoid dairy products because this condition can't be treated.
you can still get your calcium from supplements or cheese (this has less problems due to a lower lactose level but has a high calcium level)

I experience that when i eat too much. It always feels like my intestines or whatever pushing on my ovaries though, making it feel like the period is on its way. But eh. Maybe it's just the food passing down and wanting out. Or maybe it's the intolerance the other chick mentioned.

SERIOUSLY GO TO A DOCTOR! You could have Celiac disease which would make you GLUTEN INTOLERANT (making you allergic to anything with wheat, barley, rye,& oats). Its confused alot with lactose intolerence but its more complex so you should really see a doctor and ask for a gluten test.

It may be that you're allergic to something that is contained in the food you eat. It's always better if you go for a check up to make sure. It may cost you but it's much better than costing your life.
