Although Reagan, Nixon, and Bush Mk.1 rightfully deserve their places in the Hall Of Shame, Bush Mk.2 is clearly the most criminal President in the history of the United States of America. With luck it won't only be history that judges his crimes, but the courts as well.

We wont know that till next election when some one better is in the white house and has him fully investigated. I will say this. I have never seen a president push through more of a personal agenda than this one...And the minute the country takes a stance against what he is doing he throws another issue in the air to draw attention away from what is going on.

Well, criminal, I don't know. The Nixon Administration was one of the only administrations where a federal indictment took place, seeing as the FBI wanted many of his closest advisors, including John Erlichman, Gordon Liddy, and countless others. If you ask me, Bush ought to be tried for war crimes, but until he is, Nixon remains the most criminal.

Tell me, what laws, SPECIFICALLY, has he broken? Doing something you don't agree with? For someone to be a criminal, they must break a written law. So far, nobody has been able to quote a specific law he has broken, so I would say no, he is not a criminal.
