how do i find a pet over the internet, can you give me some sites?

Why not go to your local shelter, see what breeds they have and google them to see what breed would match with you?

it's an enormous database of shelters, rescues, and humane societies, "all under one roof". every animal on there is looking for a new home because, for one reason or another, their first home didn't work out. It's all non-profit, so they won't charge you an arm and a leg. Plus, most rescues utilize foster homes, so the foster parent is already living with the animal and can tell you anything you might need to know, before you make your decision... whether they get along with kids / other pets, his habits, vices, whatever! Plus, they have everything from hamsters, to horses. Pure breds, and mixes, young'ins and adults. And.. everything's by zip-code, so if you don't want to pick up your new pet from the other coast, you can limit your search to local rescues.

Why would you want to find a pet on the internet? I can understand for objects, since it's easier to deliver, but pets?

There is a section in Yahoo for pets, there you can find some pet.

Find out your favorite pet store or something then type in that name then add .com and then see if they sell pets on their website....

DON'T buy off of the internet! Go to a reputable breeder in your area so that way you know that the puppy has not been mistreated.

rather then buying it from sites get it from an animal shelter if u have near u.

do you mean getting a virtual pet? i dunno, i think you can find some at neopets.com, but i don't think they have any normal pets....they're all like baby mosters or something. whatever. good luck anyways!
