am i wrong when i tell her she should stop? they met this year and she is completely in love but they arnt having sex just kissing friends but should they still stop because of the age diffence?

If you care about her then turn this guy in or confront him and tell him you will turn him in...do her a favor and keep her from making a big mistake. She could get pregnant and i know its not fun to have a baby at the age of 13...even 18 was bad enough for me...but i was trying at 13 and i wish to God that i had listened to my parents...maybe her parents don't care...but you can be the one to help her..she may hate you for a while...but one day she will thank you.

You don't want to tell her dad, have him get crazy mad, and have this kid arrested. He may go to jail for 15yrs because he thought she was 18. You said she looks 17 right? how many guys check ID when they're dating a girl? You don't want to ruin this guys life. Just tell her he's too old. If she stays, find out if he knows how old she is. If he already knows how old she is and is STILL dating her, then you may have to tell her mom or dad. If he doesn't already know how old she is, tell him. He may leave her and end this mess.

That's totally illegal, and the guy can get in trouble for being with her even if they aren't having sex. 9 years is WAY too much age difference. No, you're NOT wrong to tell her she should stop. Tell her parents. If they don't care, tell the cops.

I'd say something.
to her first and if she doesn't listen i'd make sure the BF knows shes only 13.
then go to the parents.
however if you find out the did have sex go to the rents and cops right away!
it's rape and it's molestation if hes touching her anyway.
shes not even close to legal or even the age of consent.
but yes you do need to put a stop to it if you can

13 is kinda young, but when I was 19, my gf was 15 and looked/acted like 20... Her mom was fine with it, but in her case 13 is way 2 young for a 22 YO person.

You shouldnt interfere with love but if they are 9 years apart thats a bit much (even tho my parents are 10 years apart) just tell them to be "just friends" for a while, untill she's older.

try to talk to her that she should wait for the right time for them to have a serious relationship and she's too young for it but if she still want it, you can't do anything about it, it's her decision. just tell her that you'll support her decision but she should always be careful and keep in mind her limitations and schools should always be her priority.

I think they should stop because age difference and that's called being a child molester (only if he knows her actual age )if he doesn't than that's a different story.
