i wanna increase torrent speed of a movie?

my torrent speed is 24 kbps and my comp has a 100mbps capasity.so how do i boost the speed to a 1000times

The name of the game is peers. The more people downloading the faster your download will be. Check several different torrent sites and go with the one which has the most seeders and leechers.
