Ok i cant find waldo and im looking in the freaking book

Waldo, by any other name....
will always remain lost.
He makes me tear out my hair, throw things,
kick small appliances and go to bed early.

Look near the water right next to the tent.....he is wearing a red and white striped shirt with blue jeans and he has a cane a hat and usually either bonocular or a camera.
