This child is a real African-American not like the ones that were born in America for the last three and four generations that have never been to Africa or even know anything about the Country. If your parents were born in America and you were born in America you are American nothing else But a Child like this is a true African-American and soon to be a American-African.

Namibian government will probably allow the child citizenship, and because she's born to American parents, she will also be an American citizen which will be granted upon her return to the US.

But celebrities rarely have to worry about citizenship. Many celebrities own homes and property in other countries, even though they are not legally citizens. It's a privilege that only the famous and rich get at times.

Depends on the country. Most countries have a rule in place that children born there will be citizens. However, Americans who have children elsewhere are also entitled to have their child be a citizen of the US. Later on in life (around age 21 or so) the child will have to choose which country to be a citizen of for hte rest of its life; you cannot have dual citizenship as an adult without jumping through a lot of hoops (of course, Shiloh will be able to pay for said hoops...).

Madman has the recommendation as properly that Germany does permit twin citizenship below distinctive circumstances (below age 23, twin citizenship at initiate, etc.) Mexico nonetheless does now no longer enable twin citizenship. maximum Mexican individuals that have a US and a Mexican passport are US voters and Mexican nationals (2 diverse concerns).
