In human language: English
In computer language: HTML, JavaScript, SQL (or mySQL), and most likely: PHP, Perl, and Oracle. There might be some other database languages or security-based languages, too. But I do know that Yahoo! makes full use of Java technologies... that's how they have those flashy, animated ads on the home page.
You have to remember that HTML is tied with a lot of other languages and contexts. Most of the languages are webbed in with one another. This means that they can still create HTML sites even through other languages. They do use XML, and some other contexts and languages, too.
Microsoft tends to use C-, a language they invented that they thought would universalize all the C-based languages. They were wrong, of course... but this language is utilized in the .NET framework made by Microsoft (another dud). Some people still use this language, though... even though it's the equivalent of a human creole or pidgin. :-/
