I am curious to know if you have a make believe place that you can escape to in your mind. You know how you’re sitting in class for hours and bored and you day dream about a place you would love to be? I would love to hear some of your thoughts.
My place I would always escape to would take place on an island, at night on the beach, crystal clear water, millions of stars in the sky, lying on a hammock.

I escape to a place full of puffy clouds and mist ..and am walking around looking at everything around me...there is no one in sight ..just me...and I sit down on one of the clouds and fall asleep.....sweet quietness

I have that kind of place but it's not make believe it's real. There are two
The first is a little town on the Yucatan Peninsula called Xhualtez and is a village of Mayans. I've done mission work there and the people are friendly and kind. The kids are fun and easy to laugh and enjoy tormenting you. It's some of the most fun I've ever had and it makes me smile thinking about it.
The second place is Tulum also in Mexico. It's a beach front on a reserve. It's not commercial like cancun. Trees right on the beach, you walk of the cabana and you're right on the white sandy beach with the clear water before you. It's an amazing place.

Sometimes I like to escape to what I think Australia might be like. Right off the coast in the middle of no where. Only the noises of the animals. A beautiful home and a great view of the ocean from my patio where I woud sit peacefully thinking about absolutely nothing.

I absolutely love Paris! I could stare at the Eiffel tower for hours or go to the Louvre and never get bored.

Ohhh...I really like the daydream escape that you mentioned; very serene. Mine would have to be lying on a soft blanket, on the grass, next to a waterfall, at dusk. Beautiful.
