What is the procedure for sending samples overseas(China) by post office, UPS, or Fedex? We are a business in Rhode Island.

I've found that Fed Ex is good for sending things overseas. They willl need an itemized list of the contents for customs so I always pack it at the Fed Ex drop off location. If you have a business account, you can always have it picked up. They offer different rates and speeds and they also offer packing material. When I was shopping they were the cheapest out of UPS, DHL/ Airborne Express and FedEx.
