Would I still be dizzy if I were to wear a virtual reality mask watching vehicles move quickly by in one direction while being spun in a circle in the opposite direction?

Yep. Dizziness is the result of disorder in the fluids in the semicircular canals in your inner ear. Wearing a mask, even one with contrary images in it, will not change the effect on your inner ear.
May make you more likely to barf, however.

It depends on speeds and angles. If you perceive yourself to be in motion at all, it could make you dizzy. It also depends on your own equilibrium. I think some people get dizzy more easily than others. Moving in one direction while viewing pictures moving in the opposite direction could counteract dizziness, but everything would have to be calculated just right to make you feel as if you are not moving.

yes, dizzy is caused by the movement of fluid in the inner ear. if you are being spun, the fluid would still move reguardless of what you are seeing
