The reason is that Turkey brought thousands of Turks in Cyprus as settlers. The results has bee for the T/Cypriots to be a minority in the occupied areas of Cyprus. The settlers were given voting rights by the occupation army dilluting the will of the T/cypriots. The Turkish army also gave stolen properties to these settlers when many T/C refugees from the south were given less or nothing. I believe that the T/cypriot dislike the Turks because they share nothing in common culturally.

Turkish people hate everything. I know a lot of them and that's just how they are. I dont know why and I hate saying that but it's true. They are very racist against everyone that is not Turkish....especially the Greeks.

because there were some fight between Turkish and cypriots in 1974 and after that Republic of Turkish Northern Cyprus was founded.
To rosanamod Turkish people are not racist but may be they do not love greek people because they had their indepence by defeating greece in Inpendence war. I think greek people know Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK.

Turkish Cypriots and Turks are fine with one another. GREEK Cypriots and Turks, that's another matter.
