I think it was an action show - maybe police drama? Not on very long - maybe just a couple of episodes. I am unsure of when it aired 1970-1999 somewhere.

The TV series was called Cover Up, the actor was Jon-Erik Hexum. Although, Brandon Lee, died in a similar accident as well.

Don't remember the show but the actor was Brandon Lee (Bruce Lee's son). Wasn't it from the movie ...The Crow? I just remember it happening on a movie set, thats all.

I think you are talking about Brandon Lee (Bruce Lee's son). It was during the filming of "The Crow." Ironically, Brandon was the same age of his father when he died.
