I don't think you can. silicone implants ahve to be in some sort of bag, it would look stupid, and why do you think the ones you have seen have had silicone injections. There have been a number of people made very ill by leaking silicone breast implants, and the same would happen if they had injections. Collagen is AFAIK the only injectable filler.

they are exactly not silicone implants.
Its an injection of fat complex thet clinically
can increase the girth of the penis-but not more than
3 cms in all--which is a big increase in girth.
this injection is very cheap in India.
