Big Macs are smaller and have less calories... about 560 per item. A double whopper with cheese has almost 1200.
A Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut has about 190. I know you didn't ask, but I love 'em!

Neither are any good but the Whopper is flame broiled while the big mac is fried. If I had to choose, I'd say the Whopper.
