i'm not trying to justify it,i mean i WANT there to be one, just trying to convince someone that they shouldn't eat like that...

It's not wrong. It's impolite. It's very disturbing and annoying to those around you. Not to mention it makes you look as if you've never had a decent meal before. Practicing proper eating habits is simply good manners.

Sorry, my husband and I are both food hummers. People KNOW we enjoy our food!

If you're talking about someone who eats with their mouth open, carry a mirror and spring it on them. Hopefully the horror of it will teach them a lesson.

It sounds like an animal eating and while we may or may not be animals, nobody want's to sound like one.
