This is a surprisingly difficult question to answer. I would have two homes, one in warm weather like beachfront and one for when the summer came and I wanted something not so hot (mountains). The homes would be similar though. Extremely safe and quiet, four bedrooms, 3 big bathrooms, spectacular view of beach/mountains, marble floors, entertainment area for my husband to watch sports, a large, lush yard for my dogs and children to play, hot tub and swimming pool, huge kitchen, natural creek or stream by the mountain home, large deck out back to sit on and enjoy the views.

A nice log cabin in the mountains, out in Colorado, the Rockies. With about 3 bed rooms, (One for me &wife, and 2 for 2 kids) A bathroom or 2, A small kitchen, and a moderate sized living room. The inside doesn't matter as much as the out side veiw. A lake that I could go fishing on anytime, and hunting as well. The cabin should be surrounded by pine trees, and a moring dew should coat the area. This huose will have a perfect sunset, and the lake will be fun to be on. There should be no neighbors aroud. That is my perfect house.
