If you do wan tot do it do it for yourself. This is a surgery that is very risky. I had it done. I had a C cup implants (before I had barely nothing of a boobs on me). I didn't go noticeably large and people can't tell that they are implants unless I am intimate with them. But that is a very personal choice and I would advise you to think carefully before you do it. And definitely do it because you wan it and it would make YOU happy, not for anyone else. As far as being safe-its not and it is. Do not shop based on how cheap the doctor charges, shop based on the reputation and referral of the doctor. Most doctors have list of previous patients what you can talk to for a reference. I also advise you to watch few episodes of Dr. 90120. They didn't have that show when I got my surgery five years ago but if it was now and after seeing the show I don't think i would have gotten the surgery. But again, it s all up to you.

I have heard horror stories of people who got them done and things went wrong, and I have also heard stories of people getting them done, being fine, and loving them. If this is the route you want to take, you need to find an excellent doctor. Don't be swayed by "cheaper" doctors... remember this is your body and you are getting what you pay for. Go to some consultations, make sure you feel comfortable with the doctor, ask to see some pictures of previuos breast enlargements they have performed. Do your research and don't rush!
I don't think anyone can tell you if you "should" do this or not... it's completely up to you. I personally never will, even though I have small breasts. I'm happy with the way I am, and elective surgery personally scares me :) You just have to decide how you feel about yourself and what will make you happy. Don't let anyone make this decision for you -- and don't let anyone pressure you either way.

My thing on enlarging the boobs depends on how it is done. Saline injections I heard was o.k. You would have to research that a little better. The other thing is it can make them too fake and I think smaller and natural feel better (even look better) rather than bigger and hard or cold feeling. Boobs should lay down naturally and be somewhat soft and pliable.....I better stop because this is arousing me.

i wish i could tell you but i have been thinking the same thing i thought of using the enhancement pills but wasn't sure if they were safe either good luck

well from a large breasted woman i would say dont the bigger they are the more back problems you have

dont do it. even really small breasts are better than fake ones
