IF it it being taken well care of then don't!!!!!! If the person wants it then let them have it and find a new one to buy from someone else. If it is not being taken care of good then report them to a rescue center for pets!!!!!!!!Hope this helps!!!!!

start by finding one that is for sale
dont try to manipulate somebody to sell you a horse that isnt for sale unless you have lots of money I suggest picking a different horse

that's just rude. You can't make anyone do anything. Just get your own horse, that doesn't already have a good owner!!! (and if they are not a good owner offer everything you have)

Try to show them everything you got .show them where he will be kept and show them how gentle you really are!
