Guessing we are talking pain in hands, feet, knees, head, jaw, musclepain travelling through your body? Day in day out for maybe even years now?

If you have exhausted the medical sciense and no docter knows, never mind where it comes from. Everybody can tell you anything and they all could be wrong. Lets focus on fixing this.

Don't just try this DO this:

Start *every* morning with a brisk walk. About 15 minutes for starters. THEN wash, brush and have breakfast. EVERY day rain or shine. Do this at least 2 weeks and you could feel a lot better.
Proven effective in about 80% of chronic pain treatment in a non clinical test with non-trauma related pain. Including me.

Start drinking lots of water. 2 liter minimum in addition to what else you want to drink.

*Edit*
Pain in feet is tricky. MRI may help find something.
Your doctor should believe you though his frown may be an indication to his problem.. "what to do?"

Westen medicine is notorious for its long process of finding out what's the matter. Stick with it and tell your doctor whats on you mind and what you want done. Yes, tell him. He can say no anyway but at least he knows what you are thinking and you know what he's thinking. That should help getting to a solution much faster.

Good luck.

Sometimes when we are physically alright we can feel pain in areas, and doctors just can't detect it, or understand what's causing it.
This is called psychosomatic...it usually comes from stress, depression, or any other psychological disturbance and affects us physically.
I would advice you to check with a good doctor first to make sure that it really isn't physiological. If it is....follow the doctor's orders and treat it till it's gone.
If it isn't physiological, then there's a big chance it could be psychological. In this case you need to see a psychologist or psychiatrist.
I urge you to hurry though and not just ignore, because in awhile it could really manifest physiologically and make you ill....this is what psychosomatic disorders usually do. First in our minds, then in our bodies...Good luck

Girl, I know exactly how you feel. I have been having the same type of problem. I have been having chest pains for months. I passed out and had to go to the emergency room and they said I was dehydrated. Then I kept having the chest pains and had all kinds of test done and they still don't know whats wrong with me.

Have you had an MRI done? I was in pain for 2 years & the doctor kept telling me it was all in my head. I found another doctor in another state & he ran a mri & guess what I was not crazy. Turns out I had a tumor in my Kidney. Good luck with your pain .

Keep searching. I lived with all over body pain for years. No doctor could figure it out. Went to Mayo Clinic they diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia.

It is pain, fatigue, and other symptoms without a known physical cause.

See another doctor. Fibromyalgia is a painful disease that for years doctors told patients was all in their head, mainly because it was mostly women who complained. I'm not saying that's what you have, just an example of doctors not investigating enough. If medical doctors can't help you try acupuncture.

Don't let the doctor or anyone else tell you that it's in your head until they have ruled out every other possible cause.

I use inserts from time to time and they help my feet tons.

What about acupunture?

There may be some Holistic thing that you can try. You may need to change your diet. I had to give up yeast for over a year, and now I have to watch my yeast intake. No one wants to live with chronic pain.

if you feel pain , then pain is there and there is somebody who can fix it . for years i had muscle problems in my legs and no doctor could ever find out what it was , just kept feeding me vicodin , finally i went to a specialist and he fixed the problem . you need to find a specialist for your particular problem , regular family practice doctors don't know anything in detail
