Have not seen the movie yet but the trailer peaked my interest. I think she has the potential to be a good actress, but she must learn to rein in her partying. I realize she is young, but in the so-called business of movie making there are many others waiting for the really great roles and the appearance of not being serious about her craft could do her harm. I have always enjoyed A Prarie Home Companion on the radio and am truly looking forward to seeing it.

I do not believe that Lindsey Lohan and her Hollywood/ Disney peers are "serious" actors or actress. They are just a bunch of kids with very good agents and promotion agencies. Their time in the spot light will be shorter than the life expectancy of a single-celled organism.

I thought that the film was very good. I love Robert Altman films, so I am somewhat biased. Lohan didn't have a huge part in it, but she wasn't bad. There is a scene between here and Garrison Kielor that was particulary good. I think she jumped at the opportunity to work with a great cast and a maverick director before he stops making movies.

I haven't seen it yet. However, I think she is a good actress even in the sappy Disney movies. She certainly has much more talent than that vacuum head Paris Hilton!

She looks like a five dollar crack whore with the blonde hair. And I'm sorry all Praire Home Companion has proven is that she can't sing or act. If Lindsey really wants to be taken seriously she needs to stop hanging out a strip clubs with Kate Moss!

I think shes great and coming into her own plus shes got the best actress in the world that adores her & thats Meryl Streep & it doesn't get any better than that. Lindsay & Meryl now have a personal friendship that will help launch her into vistas she never even imagined because of Meryl Streep. Shes one lucky young lady & my hat is off to her after the family life she has endured as I myself can really relate to. Thank You.

It's hard to break out of her "Disney" mould because that's how she got her fan base in the first place.
Still think her best role to date is, "Mean Girls." Don't think she's done anything else that rivals that role or even comes close...
Personally, she needs to get her act together. All that unnecessary drama with her bad driving skills, excessive drinking, partying, etc is just detrimental to her career.

He part was very small. It was a pretty good movie if you know the radio show. Believe it or not its the best movie I have seen in a while and I go to the movies almost every Tuesday. (its date night with the BF)

Haven't see the movie just previews and she actually can act-acts well in the Disney movies too and she's a really pretty girl and in Hollywood that will get you somewhere but it'll get you farther if you can also act.
