Honey, if you don't know if you've ever had an orgasm, then you haven't had one. And sex without an orgasm, though it can still feel good I guess, is like running a race, reaching the finish line, and then just walking away.

You should spend some alone time with your body, exploring it, using your fingers or a toy, whatever. I'm not sure if you masterbate, but if you don't, try it. Get into a relaxed mode, using whatever you need to relax you...(candles/music/hot bath, etc) and begin to explore your body. Also, Sometimes a man can not give a woman an orgasm. After you explore youreslf and determine that you can have an orgasm (because not all women can) then the next step is to get your bf to be able to give you one. You'll have to teach him where to touch you with his fingers, tongue, penis so that you will achieve this. It sounds like work, but it'll be so worth it. And masterbation can sometimes be so fun because you only have yourself to worry about. You aren't spending time pleasing your mate...so it's all about you.

Enjoy.

Find out what stimulates you the most - favorite position, oral stimulation to your "love button" or what ever and encourage that activity with your partner. Now you have to get in the right, relaxed state of mind - any hang-ups or reservations can hold back the release of sexual pleasure- and prevent you from having an orgasm. Do you masterbate? I know it sounds ugly but it might be the best way for you to find out what your "buttons" are. Schedule some time alone - perhaps in the tub - get relaxed and comfy - then discover yourself - please yourself - no holding back now - relax and go for it. Let us know!

ok nicely its enormously obvious once you reached orgasm with the aid of fact which you bypass all tingly and numb and it sounds like thoroughly stunning haha so which you be responsive to once you had one. as for positions nicely are you gonna make out first? cos then you definately can get her moist otherwise it would injury slightly yet do no longer situation approximately that too lots, in all hazard basically get her to lie down together with her legs unfold and choose for it haha it is the least complicated way tbh yet do no longer take it too heavily, if something is going incorrect basically snort it off :) solid success however <3

The best thing is to teach yourself what an orgasm feels like by self stimulation.
As you get more comfortable with your own body and self touch, things should get better with your hubbie too.

how can the sex be great and you not have an orgasm? well a good position would be for you to be on top because you can also play with yourself while riding on top of him if necessary

You just need to experiment. Find what feels best to you. Try masturbation. If you can bring yourself to a mind blowing orgasm, then you can instruct your guy how to do it.

Hi
Personally I believe being on top is best , so you can be in control. You will know what feels good to you. Dont sit around waiting for it to happen and dwelling on it, because that will make you lose your thoughts on it!
Good luck

It does depend on you personally. If it happens it happens - if you are concerned that you may not be achieving what other are - make sure you truely LOVE what you are doing and are not just satisfying your mate.

Try new things of if nothing changes see and talk with your doctor.

Have you ever had an orgasim from masturbation? If so, show him what to do. Also, there are tons of great sex books on the market.
