I would say "Поздравляю тебя с днем рожденья!" (Po-zdrav-lya-yu te-bya s dni-yom rozh-den-ya)

if you are interested how to say it in Russian, I can efinetely tell you this since I am a Russian native. You say "S dniom rozhdenia" (с днём рожденья!)
