well i have to say that is a really odd thing to say in the middle of sex!!!!
I don't wanna sound harsh when saying this but it obviously wasn't doing anything for her!!! You need to talk to her coz to be honest if she is wanting a cigarette in the middle of sex then thats not a good sign!!!!
Are you controlling? Is your sex life a routine? Maybe you need to hot things up a bit, experiment a little...get her mind set on what an amazing orgasm she is building up to and not a cigarette!

Well last night my husband did the same thing...butu we just smoked it together and made a little game out of it...Look at different points and ways to make a situation better...It works...

I don't blame you for being mad! That is pretty rude. The cigarette was more important than you. Maybe she wasn't enjoying herself. Ask her if there is something you can do differently.....OR maybe she is just a b*tch and you need a new woman. Good Luck to you!
