Find out your exact requirement.Which sphere you want help. Cooking, dusting/cleaning/mopping, children care, outside work like runing errands/shopping/market, garden/lawn maintenance.

Then decide one any One person, but make it clear from the very begining that althoug the job is for so-and-so work, other jobs at handwill also have to be attended, as and when required.

Please scrutinise thhe credentials of the domestic help,by checking with previous employers, visit the helpshouse, and show her photo to local police station.Just to be sure.

All the best.

Personal assistant. That position covers almost all the rest of the others. They take care of setting appointments, making contacts, serving you, making sure everything you ask for is done. If you had a personal assistant, you wouldn't need anyone else.

Housekeeper. Esp. laundry. Cooking and working outdoors are two pleasures that I would never give up, especially pay to give them up.

Floors, dust, woodwork cleaned-- bathrooms... I could go on and on-- have just hired a person (for the first time in my life) who is working hard-- worth her cost. Best thing I've done for myself in years.
I do the dishes and laundry-- bed making and standing all cause pain for me--
good luck
