i was really hoping that because its a new camera that they haven't started to work yet as there are lots of these new cameras with out the plastic covers taken off them yet????

have you recently been fined by any of these new speed cameras?? the one on the A406 yesterday didn't flash.

If the camera didn't flash then it won't be working yet. I think if you haven't got a fine in the post after about a week then you are safe.Aren't there a lot of p.c. do gooders about ? Show me a driver who hasn't exceded the speed limit at some time or other ?These cameras are just money making boxes catching law abiding people doing a few miles over the limit whilst the real criminals, joy riders, car thieves etc get off scot free on other areas of the roads(and motor bikes because they do not have front no. plates so aren't caught on forward facing cameras )British roads are still the safest in Europe but still they brainwash us into thinking otherwise. We travel for work purposes and leisure purposes and at the end of evvery journey we are left wondering whether we have been "done" that day on a lurking camera ! It is perfectly possible for someone covering lots of miles, say a rep to go through 4 speed cameras just a few miles over the limit (but in perfect safety) and get banned and lose their job ! Perhaps the p.c looney left would love it if we all walked everwhere or used (unreliable) public transport and all private vehicles were banned forever and the death rates on roads were virtually nil. Anyway I really hope you didn't get caught on the camera.

regarldess... now be honest with yourself... you shouldn't be worried if you are not breaking the law... do you have children... immediate family... a spouse?

Don't you think it is selfish of you to take the life of another, because of your dangerous actions... even your own life?

Think of the suffering you could cause, simply because you where 5 mins late for an appointment!

If you are in control of a lethal weapon, and you break the law... then i'm sorry i am of the view you deserve all you get...

The reason you do break the law in your vehicle is because the law is too soft on you... forget conspiricy theories of a stealth tax on drivers... you don't break the law... you don't get punished...

do you know what they do to people that are involved in hit and runs involving children, in prison?

you will not be taken kindly to having killed a child in an accident by many people either!

i do hope you think on, you'd hate to be begging for solitary confinement in prison!
