My wife is always complaining about her shoes hurting her feet. Makes me think, "Why did you wear them then??". But hey, I'm a guy, what do I know! :)

i've been there....
i usually don't, but sometimes i've bought shoes that go with a certain outfit for a certain occasion and once the shoes are on for a bit, they hurt...and i didn't know they would.
so, sometimes we are just being vain and dealing with the pain and sometimes the pain was accidental and we would love some sympathy!!

usually, if the pain is self-inflicted, then i don't complain about it, b/c i knew it was coming!!! but, if it's a surprise with new shoes, well, then my husband might get an earful:)

take care.

I don't i try on shoes before I buy them. I just can't buy them and assume that they aren't comfortable. I don't wear uncomfortable shoes. I am also not into fashion cuz that is who i am. I wear what i want to wear cuz I have that freedom. But I hate shoes that are being made now day for girls cuz them shoes are hurtin my feet. So I wear guy shoes, unless there is a pair of comfortable women shoes than I will wear them.

Although I'm female I'm also i bit miffed by why women do this.

I wear trainers 99% of the time, it's just so much easier.

Maybe these shoes are her idea of beauty, what she feels is expected of her bey society, see if you can get her interested in flat shoes....

If you "treat" her to some then this may do the trick!

I refuse too, which is why my friends all hate my shoes. Most of the time I wear Blue Adidas sneaker, even when I'm dressed up to go out.

LMAO

I'm sorry to say that most of us do this. I have some practical, comfy shoes. But I also have my "look great sitting" shoes that are killers when I'm on my feet.

I think a lot do, and it is stupid. Nothing sexy about a woman hobbling along because her feet hurt! I refuse to. They make plenty of comfy shoes that are just as sexy!

I do, but not on purpose. Often the shoes look okay but once you've walked around in them all day you discover they're not.

If only high heels could be as comfy as trainers...
