i recently heard they are family and omarion was a cousin who was being mistreated in his home and adopted is there any truth to this

They are brothers. They are half brothers. They have different last names so they probably have different dads but the same mom.

I dont think they are kin I think it lean more to the adopted rumor. I know that J-boog from B2K is Marques Houston;s cousin. Whatever sells records work just keep that in mind.
