They can but they won't. If you consider teams like Brazil and Holland, they have always been consistenty good whereas England have blown hot and cold. We still celebrate the '66 world cup as if it was yesterday. Do you know they have already arranged the victory parade in England for when they return? I think the media puts too much pressure on them. I want them to win but doubt they will.
