It really depends on your partner: too demanding, not open enough to your needs. Your friend needs to know that there's absolutely no obligation for her to have sex all the time but she needs to talk to her partner about this.

You'll find out that there will be alot of different opinions with this question...sometimes the desire dictates the quantity...I used to be a quantity type person but nowadays , since I don't have a permanent partner, quality is more important and that doesn't usually come with quantity...its best when alot of passion goes into it and not such a routine wham bam thank you mam...but one can't get to much of a good thing.

no such thing! i have sex 2-3 times a day. never too much! sex is messy but it feels soooooooooo good!

Of course, individually, we all have our own tastes and limits. Some women prefer condoms because they don't like transferance of fluids, some hate the feel of latex, some women do not lubricate easily and therefore need either stimulation pre coitus or pre-lubrication. Some women need a lot of foreplay and some will be totally turned off by a wet spot. Spoil those who abhor the mess by bathing them afterwards, with a nice, warm towel. To each their reach, right?

She needs to have sex with an experienced partner. Someone that will take it slow, communicate with her, let her enjoy the experience. BTW-I volunteer!!
