That whole thing was a spoof, thank god. Still, there are rumors that a prequel will be coming out sometime within the next 2 or 3 years.

It is a fake trailer. it's been made up by clips from other movies, including Catch Me If You Can, Romeo and Juliet, Con Air, The Beach... the list goes on. It's a clever creation by a talented man... but it is never gonna happen.
James Cameron already did a follow up film from his movie, Ghosts of the Abyss... but it's about the real passengers on the titanic, not Jack and Rose, etc...
