do you hate french ppl, and why?

I hate french ppl because they are so stuck up, and think they have a supeior attitude. And they aer so whimpy it isn't even funny.

i agree with dirftwood22 basically- we saved their sorry butts in WW1 & 2 and also replaced them in Viet Nam--they have a very short memory- we have over 70,000 soldiers buried on the beaches of Normandy from D-day 6/6/44 ??they dropped out of NATO--but what took me over the edge-was when they denied us the use of their air space, when we attacked Libya- and because of that we lost a plane and a pilot--that is what caused me to HATE the FRENCH- those ungratefull bums !!! they are snooty and physically smelly, of garlic, and they act like they are a World Power still- not for a long time, have you been a world power--maybe 40 yrs ago, NOT LATELY- ALL YOU ARE NOW FRANCE IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT--OPPOSING US IN THE UN AND OBJECTING TO EVERYTHING WE PROPOSE EVERYWHERE, IT SEEMS--AND YOU GUYS WERE IN BED WITH IRAQ BECAUSE OF YOUR OIL DEALS, AND PROBABLY IRAN ALSO--YOU KISS THE ARAB WORLD'S BUTTS BECAUSE YOU ARE AFRAID THE 4-6 MILLION MUSLIMS LIVING IN FRANCE WILL RIOT AND BURN YOU UP--WELL- THEY DID RIOT AND BURN--AND YOU COWARDS DID NOTHING TO STOP THEM- YET YOU WANT TO TELL THE WORLD, ESPECIALLY THE USA, WHAT TO DO, WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES- YOU FRENCH ARE THE MOST UNGRATEFULL BUMS EVER TO ROAM THE PLANET-- I AM A VIET-NAM ERA US ARMY ARTILLERY VETERAN, REGULAR ARMY, NOT DRAFTEE, AND THE FRENCH ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE ON THIS PLANET I LOVE TO HATE, BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I do not hate the French or anyone else because of their nationality...what an ignorant generalization you made. I happen to appreciate the French -- their language, their culture, their cuisine, etc. The vast majority of French people that I have met have been very nice individuals, not stuck up or "whimpy", as you so adepty put it. You can't judge people based on stereotypes. I certainly hope that you are not American...you would simply be reinforcing another stereotype, the one which would have the world believe that we are all uneducated fools like you.

Hate is a very strong word, but many dislike what the French govt. has been up to since the end of the second world war.
The French refused to fight for their own country, we did it for them. Tens of thousands of American soldiers died in order to take France back from the Germans.
The French govt. votes against anything that America is for. They have the screwy idea that that shows their importance. Somehow that makes them stand taller in their own little minds.
France still imagines itself as a very important leader in the world. With all the noise they're making, few pay any attention to them. In importance, France ranks below Latvia.

I can tolerate arrogance, if one can back up their arrogance with any semblance of superiority. The French, however, seem to exude an overwhelming arrogance with seemingly no reason.
Their unemployment rate is high. Their level of racial intolerance has pushed a near riot. They couldn't defend themselves from an onslaught of Keebler Elves. Yet, they take every opportunity to tell every one else how to run things. They are irrelevant in world events. Why does anyone listen to them?

And the french shave their chests. French are also jealous that the english language is bigger than thiers.

I AM FRENCH
i have no need to look down at people as inferior or less than myself because of their heritage.
i try to make my own decisions as i meet an individual.
IGNORANCE is one thing which will color my attitude towards them completely.
i do not mean absence of knowledge, but the intentional denial of the facts when placed before their eyes.
( i am no wimp. i-m me i will challenge you, if you think you have the gets to follow me, for one day , be my guest.)
Oh, by the way, how can you reset a joint that has become dislocated without medical assistance, more than once, ( maybe more than one joint? )

u cant judge every french person on the few u have encountered.
i dare say some of them r stuck up etc. etc. but u can say that about SOME ppl in every country. i know plenty of Scottish ppl who think they r better than the rest but equally i know more who don't think that way. swings and roundabouts, that's all it is. :)

I dont hate anyone , but after the war broke out . everyone stopped buying " Frenches" yellow mustard. and they put out the word that we ARE NOT french, the only thing that we have in common with the french is that we are both YELLOW!!!! gotta love that...

Yeah, the French seem to bring the jokes and stereotypes on them selves from their attitudes and politics. They can be jerks. But if you really want to know who the bad apple is...well I blame Canada.
