Its something that comes to us all, and no one can avoid it, i find that since i've worked with the elderly, i no longer fear whats going to happen to me, its an enevitable fact that i have accepted.

When we pass on it is only our bodies that return to the earth, our soul and spirits live on in the many lives we have touched and enriched, there is no one that i know has not lived a better life, for having someone that has passed in it.

Things do not die...they are just transformed into another existence.

How do I know? Look around you. Nature exposes that truth. Flowers, and leaves fall from the ground and the next season are back again.

The butterfly was a Caterpillar before, had to die for a new form to exist.

We are only here for a short while, we will be reborn into a better being. There have been studies done that when we die at the moment of death we lose a little weight. It is our spirit leaving. Our soul returning home.

Look at the tarot card. It is a sign of rebirth, the old ways no longer have a hold of us...transformation is taking place.

Our body is a kind of use-and-throw material. Like any item having an expiry date after which it cant be used, our body will keep growing from a not-yet-grown stage to the extent of too much grown stage. This is the time to die.
I would explain it like this: If someone is given with 1000 bucks and asked to spend it within an hour, he would certainly try to spend it with max effectiveness. At the end of the hour, he would be happy that he spent it on his most liked items.
Same way, our lifetime is the money we are given with and at the end of our life, one would be thinking what he has done in his life. So, death is the last question or our expiry date in this world and the nth moment to summarize our whole time spent.

Finally, this summarization will result in a much improved sense of understanding of life in the next incarnation (if one believes in that!!)

You never really die. At the point of death your conciousness slips into an alternate reality in which you did not die. Were all have to do our time 120 years the bible says. For instance in this reality you have an auto accident that kills you. Every one in that reality thinks your dead. In your reality It was a less severe accident or a near miss. Your life continues on until you die of old age. Then you wake up and are graded on your preformance in that life to determine how you will reincarnate next.

death is something that is going to happen so im not really scared of it. if you are a christian then you know what is going to happen to you. if you dont believe in GOD then you may think that you will be reincarnated or something... or just float around in some holding cell for eternity. either way its going to happen so we might as well get ready for it.

Inevitable.

But, if you mean after death. I don't know, but I'm asking to be reincarnated. I like it here. It's a little messed up, but its getting better.
