I am having a ganglion cyst removed on Monday. The doctor said that while he is numbing it up, they give me this medication through IV that will " dope" me up and I won't remember him doing it. I'll be awake however. Now, will I feel him doing it and won't remember or will I not feel a thing?

You won't feel a thing, you may remember bits and peices but most people fall asleep as they become relaxed.

It will actually be a fairly pleasant experience, and to top it all off your Cyst will be gone!!

You may feel them messing with you but you should feel very little pain ... if it hurts tell them because they should give you more of the stuff they are using to deaden the area.
