Honda Rebel exhaust stud broke and I had drilled a hole inside the bolt and started to loosen then BROKE the easy out off inside where there is no way to grab anything. Is it possible to drill the easy out ..out or am I screwed?

if it was loose and if theres a raised area on the surface, you can try taking a punch or any other tool that'd fit the hole and tap counter clock, or get a tunsten drill bit and drill and tap, good luck

It is possible to remove the extractor, but unfortunately you wont be able, or possibly have the tools.

The extractor bit is hardened, regular drills won't cut it. You may can find an industrial supply store near you and buy a diamond tipped bit, or you can pull the motor and have a machine shop repair the hole.

On steel to aluminum studs such as yours, especially around exhaust, I usually never use an "easy-out" or an other extractor. Those threads just grow so thight together from the heat/cooling cycles that if they do unsrew, the threads are gonna be damageged anyway. I will either drill out for a "heli-coil" or an oversize stud.

If the punch trick doesn't work and you have room to operate LOL, try using a small drill bit. Drill on the sides of the easy out on an angle towards the center of the bolt. It might help to free it up. I've used a carbide grinder bit to cut out an easy out. It's a lot of work and a lot honing oil to keep the bit cool. Good luck.

ouch. been there. ideas above are good. one more that ive used is to take a punch and hammer and bust up the ease out and dig out the pieces. regardless of how it comes out you will have to helicoil it. you might wanna helicoil the rest of the holes to keep it from happening again.
