There are two reasons this happens. One, your testosterone count in your blood stream is highest in the morning, secondly, your bladder is usually full in the morning and the fullness of the bladder puts pressure on the prostate which can stimulate an erection. Dont worry about it. use it for good, if you are old enough and lucky enough to have some hot girl next to you when you wake up, you can say some thing like " gee it sure would be a shame to waste something like this wouldn't it?"

Hey, im not a man, but I can tell you that my boyfriend wakes up with one every single morning without fail. He says its been like that for him all his life and hes almost 40 .. So I hope that helps .

Yeah, it's normal. Arousal is normal during certain phases of sleep, even in women.

Yes that is normal. It's called your morning wood.
