I'm 110 lbs, and want to improve my look by gaining some weight. What are some sure fire tricks and tips I can try?

I was told to drink Ensure... any thoughts?

Anyone know any good tricks for:
Making your butt look good when it's a little small and round, but not flat?
Making your chest look good (A CUP) (push up bras, tape, etc)?

Any tips on gaining weight?

Find a good dr. who can switch your body with mine. I'm 6'4" @ 287 but carry my weight very well. I am just too heavy with a bad back. I've tried to loose weight and you're trying to gain. Some people's metabolism is just set a certain way. Love yourself for who you are, I'm sure you are beautiful just the way you are. But if you are dying to gain, don't eat a bunch of sugar, it will only turn into fat and I'm sure you don't want fat. Eat lot's of carbs in the form of pasta, taters, breads and then proteins like fish, chicken and lean meats. Protein shakes and peanut butter. Well balanced meals X 3 and lots of healthy snacks. Good luck. But do find that dr. and get back to me. I'll trade problems with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah, exercise!!!

Drink milkshakes every day to gain weight...very high in calories. Do this if you're really skinny but don't worry about it if you're just slender and young. Being slender is a big, big, bonus when you get older. Then you can eat almost as much as you can enjoy and not worry about looking like some of your heavier friends. You will look great in a crowd of middle-aged people your own age and men will still flirt with you!

Keep working out a gym to keep toned and your slenderness will pay off in the end.

Eating is the primary and foremost element that's wanted for correct weight achieve. It's practical - you must devour extra energy than you burn. Focus on meals comparable to hen, fruit, milk, greens, cheese and various forms of nuts. It's encouraged to devour four - 6 portions of unpolluted fruit an afternoon, and no less than 4 tall glasses of milk. Milk is a pleasant, inexpensive protein supply - take expertise of it. My mom has had this same problem most of her life. She currently weighs 98 lbs. She does drink Ensure and it provides her with the nutrients she lacks getting in the day because of her lack of desire to eat much. She has used many doctor prescribed scripts such as welbutrin, nexium, etc. It was recently discovered that she carried a bacterial virus in her stomach that made her unable to eat much and caused severe acid reflux. Please check with your physician. If you don't feel bad and you don't think you have a severe medical problem and you just have a very active metabolism, consume plenty of proteins and possible check into stackers. Consult your doctor about products offered by such companies as GNC. As far as re-shaping your body, there are plenty of exercises designed for those specific areas and if you have anything to puss up in a bra, then yes, a push up bra would be helpful as well as inserts to make them appear larger. Good luck on the weight gain!

Ensure is definitely safe. It is full of vitamins and minerals that are great for your body while adding calories. It's a good choice.

Adding breads and carbs will also help, but don't go overboard. You may get a sort of addiction to eating all that.

I would stick with the Ensure.

Becareful not to go overboard and load up on unhealthy things, you could find yourself having a heartattack.

I recomment peanut butter, protein bars and shakes and weight lifting around the chest area!

Also try water bras and padded bras give you an extra boost.

As a person who is continually trying to lose weight, I can tell you what puts it on me: eating after 6 pm, eating high fat food (ice cream, chips, cheese), eating high carb foods (pastas, bread, etc). However, I wouldn't recommend eating unhealthy foods to gain weight. Whether or not 110 lbs is too low would depend on your height and age.

Eat low fat unrefined carbs. Work out. Make sure to talk to your doctor he might be able to give you some good tips. The best bet is to talk to a nutritionist and personal trainer. They can tell you what to eat and how to work out to affect the area that you want to work on.
