Advise your friend to be more talkative. She should not ask him questions that the answer is ''yes'' or ''no''. Maybe she doesn't talk too much too. Tell her to do things together and have fun. One month is early for a couple to have intimancy between them. Maybe she should wait for a while!

Well maybe you should change partners, sounds like you don't care what a guy does to you on the first date, so maybe you could teach him a few things?
I don't care if you don't like my answer, because all of you are probably too young to be groping and fumbling around!
Before you know it, all of that kissing will develop into a baby or a Venereal Disease! Why are you so worried about what they are or are not doing on their dates? Some people believe in not being too intimate too quickly! Maybe your friend is the kind of girl that HER boyfriend wants to be serious about!
You don't marry a girl who is real easy, you use them, but men marry the girls who do not allow themselves to be pawed and mauled the first time they are alone! You may be the one who needs to learn in this situation!
Good luck at the Family Planning Clinic or the Health Department!

Start telling him jokes!!
That breaks the ice with everyone!
I know, there was a guy, who became a good friend of mine, who was shy, and I told the wife, that I "hate" shy people, because they need to break out of thier shell... so..
I went over to him and ask him "How do you cook toilet paper?
He said, "I dont know, how do you?"
I said, "You brown it, and throw it in the pot"!!
He never forgot that joke and its been 17 years now LOL!! His wife appreciated me doing this as it really brought her hubby out of his shell and he is more involved with the Church now!
I wish you well..
Jesse

There's nothing you can do.
Time will let them do what they got to do. Tell her not to worry about it. When the time is right they will know. Everyone moves at there on paste.
Tell her to ask him when is he gonna kiss her? If she is ready to take that step! But remember kissing leads to other stuff.

Let her know that there really isn't a right moment to kiss someone that works for everyone...she should kiss him when she feels it's right (and not look back!)
