i found this site www.satellitepcchannels.com that charges you $39.99 and claims you could watch the worldcup matches on there site live,when all they are doing is redirecting you to this site i found several months ago http://tv4all.com/portal.htm is the same site except this second site is FREE,i think this is a scam and should be reported.
I know cause they got me,i bought they so claim software when all they do is take to that site and you need to browse all over the world to find what you looking for and by the way i still havent found a channel that gives the matches live!

If you are in the UK you can watch the germany game on www.bbc.co.uk
Otherwise go to www.videolan.org
and download VLC media player then visit www.viidoo.com
where you will be able to see the games on this site on ESPN2 & CCTV 5
edit - you can get almost everything for free online you just have to be patient enough to find it
