1- Erect a huge signboard saying that this land is a big property development project. If you get a buyer, sell!
2- Buy solar panels or windmills.
3- Get into partnership with parties that might help you develop it.
4- Keep it, until the government discovers oil underneath it.

I am assuming you will want to live there... a bit mor einfo would be helpful.

Drill a deep well.

Call the closest electric company and get estimates as to cost to connect you to the local powernet. If the cost is prohibitive look into alternative sources such as solar, wind or water generated electricity.

Depending on the area, the climate, the size of the property, and any governmental restrictions (zoning, etc.) it may make a good campsite, be good for agricultural uses, (farming, timber) or it may be used for other recreational purposes. (paintball, ATV, snowmobile)

You may be able to drill a well and provide the water.

Without more information is is hard to make recommendations about your specific situation.
