The Madagascar Hissing Cockroach comes to mind. And it's a big insect, too.

The Botfly. It lays eggs into live hosts, usually livestock, but can lay them in humans also. The larva grows under the skin until it's large enough to emerge. You usually don't notice it until it's pretty big. Nasty!

the cockroaches!i heard somewhere that when when you see one,there are hundreds more that you still didnt see.they can multiply very fast and you may not realize it but they can literally invade your own home together with rats!im just so disgusted when i see one!

flies are discusting, I think slugs are discuting as well, worms are they considered bugs?? They are nastttttttttyyyyyyyyyyy!!!
