I am not asking what you think of Bush, or terrorists, or Muslims, or if you think the war was justified or not? I am asking what do you think of the way the country is being torn apart by this war. What do you think it is like for them on a daily basis? When you hear the word Iraq, what comes to mind?

We have alot of nice people from Iraq that live in Canada that are customers of ours. They are the nicest people I ever met. I feel bad that their families back home are living in fear in a war torn country

I feel so bad, I had a dream that another army invaded america and started blowing things up and taking peoples lives. I never really thought about how it would be untill I had that dream. Now I think about it every day. I have a friend in the marines and he said some of the most beautiful women he has ever seen live in Iraq.

Any situation when you need to put out "curfews" means it's a law-&-order problem which the new Iraqi admin will have to prioritize to get it right - it's going to be uphill all the way and it'll take time.

The Iraqi people have and are going through hellish times with the never-abating sectarian violence, kidnappings, killings in the thousands. Daily life i presume is a day-to-day survival thing and many would get out if possible - an orderly way of life has been replaced almost overnight with nightmarish conditions - how does anyone adjust to that?

Despite of it all, credit must be accorded to the majority of Iraqis who dared the threats to vote in their own government people. It would be irresponsible if coalition forces leave without securing a reasonably stable Iraq - only then will the Iraqi people see some kind of future in the country they love.

I have the utmost repect for anyone from any country. However, when people in Iraq start protesting for US to go home, we should pull of the stakes and let them fend for themselves.

When I hear the word "Iraq," I picture all the sand in the Iraqi desert turning to glass with one nuke.
