I would like a space for back up - around 200GB for personal files. Most of the companies I find are tailored for company backups. Anything similar for personal use?

If you want them for free, that would be hard to find. Most websites that you can use for backup will not give up that much memory for free.

I used to use http://www.xdrive.com when it was free. Theres also http://www.mynetstorage.com

They go only up to 5 GB though. I think its better if you just get your own server that will hold 200 GB of data. Not even computers these days come with 200GB of data, so I dont know any websites that will allocate that much space for their customers. I am not surprised that the ones you have found are for company tailored backups because only companies would have that much data to store and maintain.

I would compress the files as much as I can before I start backing them up. Try and only backup things that you cant live without and compress them before you store them. It might save you on space.

This is an example of how much it would cost to store 200GB of data: http://www.b2netsolutions.com/file-hosting.htm

Its definitely not cheap.
