Those are faces
The the : character are a set of eyes. The other characters are facial expressions. Normally, the eyes come first before the facial expression.
It should be :D and :P. That indicates a "big smile" and "sticking my toungue out at you".
However, you did it backwards D: and P: . That indicates "shock and awe" and "licking my lips".

I think you've been on 'da net' too long as it is. Your spelling and net grammar are horrible and I could barely understand your question.
