During shutdown, your computer is running an internal check for open programs, files, etc. It's also updating your registry so you won't have problems the next time you start the computer. That message is just confirming that these internal checks have been completed and it's OK to power down without the chance of losing data or corrupting open files.

Click Start, Control Panel, and then power options, or APM tab, select Enable Advanced Power Management Support and then click ok, in the advanced on power buttons select Shut Down, when i press button on my computer

replace ur power supply from AT to ATX u can solve ur problem
