You might be able to get a judge to let you marry her. I suggest sterilization for you or her to prevent having children with birth defects.

don't do it bronson. that's so gross. your half sister is still your sister. i take it you weren't raised together? well it's ok to care about your sister but you can't have sex with her. you need to meet more female friends. get out more. live it up. if you've had intercourse with her you need to stop that. if you have children they could have bith defects. what you're describing is called inbreeding. that's a bad thing. please stop doing what you're doing if you're doing it.
