Where have you ever heard that her lips were fake? Everyone always assumes that because a celebrity has a certain asset that's bigger than others, it must be fake.
Her lips are real. If you've ever seen baby/child pictures of her, she's had the same big lips. I don't think she had lip injections when she was three months old.
So, my dear, THAT'S why their daughter has the big lips because it's genetic.

Angelina's lips are not fake. I have seen pictures of her when she was little. And she had some weird looking lips then. At 12 years old she was with her dad at the Oscars.

I don't think her lips are enhanced... I have seen a bio on her and in photos were she was young, she still had big lips.... I feel sorry for the child if she does take after her mother....

HELLO don't u ever watch E. they just did a true hollywood story on Jolie and those lips of hers are real my child. and if u ever do watch t.v it must be cartoons

Maybe the baby has taken on the gene from its father. Guess that means Brad isn't the father..............lol NO her lips are real. Poor kid........lol Not only does she have big lips she also has a dogs name..................lol
