Art is a way of expressing themselves.
To see if they can develope beyong thier imaginations, and to simulate them into realizing that anything is possible if it can be brought from the back of the mind, into the forefront.

With out Art, there is no culture. No Renessance...

With out Art, everything would be "bland". No colors, in vivid patterns and the wonders of the minds of children couldnt be put on paper for us all to view. We capture the imagination of a child this way! They get to express thier creativity, and socialize in ways that are meaningful to them. They can express thier love with vivid colors, or hatred with dark colors, so that people can see what is in thier minds!

I would not want to live in a World with out Art.

I wish you well..

Jesse

I agree. A well rounded education will allow students to make the best decisions as far as career, etc. And do we really want a world of techie drones that speed through life without pausing to see the beauty of nature, art, music and dance? If it's not part of education now, art would eventually become obsolete.

I think it's very important. It helps people to become innovative and to help develop skill that might one day lead to starting their own small business.

Brain smarts doesn't do much good without innovation.
